Out of the comfort zone.

Wow, a new adventure. Becoming fit has opened up doors that I am now just beginning to unlock. I felt that a blog would be helpful in finding  information  that pertains and interest you.  Where you can look up topics that help motivate  you during this  fitness journey. I enjoy sharing what I am learning about fitness. What is possible, what real change is. Fitness can not be looked at in a cookie cutter fashion, there are too many variables to think that way. Be open minded about what can work for you, and  for your health.

This blog will be from a Christian world view. I firmly believe that as I challenge and control myself in a physical body, I will see parallels in my spiritual walk with God.
